The International Association of Dive Professionals is building an independent, global structure for the people who work in, support, and shape the diving industry. The Founding Membership Campaign is now open through TheDiveProfessional.org until 31 August 2026.
Why this matters
The diving industry is global. Its professional voice is not.
Diving professionals work across tourism, training, commercial operations, science, public safety, medicine, media, manufacturing, restoration, logistics, and support services. Yet the people doing the work are still too often fragmented, underrepresented, and dependent on agencies, employers, brands, or informal networks for visibility.
IADP was created to change that. It is independent, member-driven, and built to represent the full professional diving industry — not one agency, one company, one sector, or one commercial interest.
If the diving profession needs an independent voice, it has to be built by the people who want one.
