What you will help with
Funding research
Identify and research funding opportunities, including grants, foundations, sponsors, institutional partners, and aligned support channels.
Grant proposals
Write and support grant proposals, funding applications, donor briefs, and structured project funding documents.
Campaign structuring
Assist in setting up fundraising campaigns and initiatives linked to clear objectives, project needs, and measurable outcomes.
Project alignment
Work alongside project managers to align funding approaches with real operational needs, deliverables, and project priorities.
Donor communication
Help develop donor communication, sponsorship positioning, supporter updates, and engagement approaches.
Funding strategy
Support the creation of long-term funding strategies that strengthen IADP independence and reduce reliance on short-term campaigns.
What you bring
- Proven experience in grant writing or fundraising
- Ability to write clear, structured, and compelling proposals
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Understanding of non-profit funding environments
- Ability to translate project needs into fundable narratives
- Familiarity with donor relations, sponsorships, or CRM systems is an advantage
