What you will help with
Sales and marketing strategy
Develop and coordinate regional sales and marketing strategies, with a focus on Europe and North America.
Membership growth
Support the growth of IADP memberships by helping communicate value, identify audiences, and strengthen follow-up.
Publications and initiatives
Promote IADP publications, updates, campaigns, and initiatives in a clear and professional manner.
Press and communications
Write and support press releases, campaign messages, communication materials, and outreach copy.
Campaign coordination
Coordinate marketing and fundraising campaigns aligned with project needs and organizational priorities.
Relationships and follow-up
Build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, stakeholders, members, and relevant sector contacts.
What you bring
- Experience in sales, marketing, communications, or business development
- Ability to structure and execute marketing strategies
- Strong written communication skills, including press releases
- Understanding of audience targeting and positioning
- Ability to manage relationships and follow up consistently
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tracking tools is an advantage
