The I.A.D.P is currently seeking, motivated individuals.

Some of the below mentioned positions are/will be on a voluntary basis, however with benefits in natura.
Other positions will be on a no cure no pay basis, for a few months until we progress to the next stage.

All successful applicants will be expected to have a certain minimum dedicated time per week, at disposition for the projects they are assigned to.

All jobs can be done in your own time, and location; as long as you have a stable internet connection.

Be 18 yrs of older, mastery of office and internet is a must.
Be fluent in English both written and spoken.

All applicants, need to have a proven track record in either education or previous experience.


    • Legal / Para Legal consultants:
      For our quality assurance department, including the blacklist project, we are seeking individuals who are comfortable within the legal realms, with experience in diving standards and regulations. Your function will consist of working together with our legal team of volunteers to setup, several projects aimed at controlling quality of the diving industry. Starting with the Training and Exploration sector (professionals serving recreational products and services)

    • Executive Instructors: With either, at least a Course Director/Examiner level; or a proven track record, of writing standards and procedures in the training & exploration sector.

    • Group moderators:
      For both our Linkedin and Facebook groups, but more importantly, for our sector specific groups on our dedicated portal (relaunching summer 2021)
      Moderators are there to manage discussions, members, and enforce specific group rules. Posting news and updates, and generally keeping discussions clean and on topic.
      Knowledge of social networks, and group management is a must. Individuals need to have a good understanding of the following sectors:

      • Media & Arts
      • Science:
        • Marine Biology
        • Hyperbaric Medicine
        • Marine Archeology

    • Managing Director:

      Role description:

      Managing the development of the IADP organization, and it's worldwide expansion
      Preparing business plan, budgets and report of results; managing relationships with members, regional representatives and with the company Board to report this financial information as well as the strategic roadmap
      Monitoring cash runway and deciding on financing strategy with debt or capital raise alongside the Board of Directors
      Assessing human resources needs to support the different team while respecting a recruitment budget; directly in charge of selection of senior management
      Setting objectives and strategy to develop our value proposition via our brand positioning and product experience and ensuring that the financial and human resources are correctly allocated to reach the organization's targets and apply the internal company policies and processes
      Managing the team and especially the Growth Team to deliver better ROI, ROAS and achieve the growth targets of the project plan: Member Acquisition, Memberships Retention rate.
      Representing the brand in the media and during marketing communication events; representing the IADP in negotiations with third parties (Ops suppliers and Marketing partners)
      Ensuring with our lawyers that the IADP complies with the regulatory requirements (eg. operations, manufacturing, advertising, tax, HR...)

    • Fundraising Specialists:
      For our Not for profit IADP project and it's subordinate marine conservation projects GOBLU3. We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of writing grants and fundraising proposals to work alongside our project managers and international partners. Your function will consist on assisting, in setting up fundraising projects, writing grant proposals. Contact and communicate G.O.'s and N.G.O's.
      Knowledge of using a CRM is an advantage.

    • Sales and Marketing gurus:
      For our memberships, and Magazines we are seeking motivated individuals that will be in charge of regional sales and marketing for the Areas: Europe & North America. Your job will consist of coordinating, and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Write press releases, coordinate marketing and fundraising campaigns. Oversee communications and entertain contacts with your members.
      Knowledge of using a CRM is and advantage.
